Terms of use

Plain terms for
plain software.

The software. Wanju is proprietary software, free to use, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You run it on your own machine, against your own repositories, at your own discretion. You may not redistribute, resell, or offer Wanju as a service; the license accompanying the software governs your rights.

Your responsibility. Wanju's built-in agent queues proposed edits for your approval. Review changes before committing or pushing, keep backups (the app makes local ones automatically), and don't point agents at repositories you can't afford to alter.

Third-party services. Your use of GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or the hosting infrastructure used by the optional cellular approval relay is also subject to the applicable provider terms. We are not a party to your AI-provider or GitHub agreements.

Acceptable use. Don't use the software to violate others' rights or the terms of the services it connects to.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software or this website.
